 Lance Corporal Marcus Glimpse
While conducting combat operations during his second tour in Iraq, Lance Corporal Marcus Glimpse was Killed In Action by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) on April 12th 2006 in the Al-Anbar Province, West of Baghdad. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force at Camp Pendleton. Marcus attended Clark Junior High School with us in our Freshman year before moving to California. He is in the Clark HS 1999 Yearbook on page 32.

 Corporal Tyler Trovillion
While conducting combat operations during his second tour in Iraq, Corporal Tyler Trovillion was Killed In Action by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) on June 15th 2005 in the City of Ramadi, West of Baghdad. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force at Camp Pendleton. Tyler graduated from PESH in 2000.

 Staff Sergeant Eric Duckworth
While conducting combat operations in Iraq, Staff Sergeant Eric Duckworth was Killed In Action by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) on October 10th 2007 in the City of Baghdad. He was assigned to the 759th Military Police Battalion, 89th Military Police Brigade, III Corps, US Army, at Fort Carson. He left behind a wife and three children, with his youngest son only 1 year old. Eric started his senior year at PESH, but transferred to Clear Lake High School where he graduated in 1999.

 Specialist Jawanza "Jay" Johnson
Specialist Jawanza "Jay" Johnson took his own life on June 24th 2014. He served in the US Army and battled years of depression after his deployment to Iraq. He received a degree in Paralegal Studies at ITT Technical Institute, and leaves behind a wife and two daughters. SPC Johnson graduated from PESH in 1990.

 Aaron David Wuensch
Aaron David Wuensch passed away on June 9th 2009 due to an undiagnosed heart condition. The Aaron David Wuensch Memorial Fund was created out of Aaron's wish to help economics graduate students. The fund maintains a scholarship at the University of North Texas and hosts an annual golf tournament. He is in the PESH 2002 Yearbook on page 46.

Curtis D. Day passed away on July 7th 2001, at the age of 17, in a fatal car crash. He is in the PESH 2001 Yearbook on Page 54.

Daniel Patrick Kelly passed away on January 26th 2016 in a fatal car crash. He is in the PESH 2001 Yearbook on page 58.

Jeremy Vincent "JV" Valdez passed away on June 22nd 2003, at the age of 19.

 Rachel Anne Shupe
Rachel Anne Shupe passed away on May 21st 2003, at the age of 18, in a fatal car crash. She was a dedicated member of Hunter's Glenn Baptist Church and was attending Ouachita Baptist University for a degree in mass communications. She is in the PESH 2002 Yearbook on page 40.

William James Stone passed away on July 15th 2013. He is in the PESH 2001 Yearbook on page 67.

 Dustin Smith
Dustin Smith died of a fatal gunshot wound to the head while at a party, just two weeks before the beginning of our 9th grade year and his 11th grade year. He would have graduated with the Class of 2000. He is in the Clark HS 1999 Yearbook on page 189, and the yearbook is dedicated to him.

Elizabeth Shelton passed away on May 5th 2020, after a prolonged battle with pain killers following several surguries. She is in the PESH 2002 Yearbook on page 39.

Shafayet Faraizi was murdered on December 25th 2021, while visting his hometown of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is in the PESH 2002 Yearbook on page 19.

Erika Renee Skrzypczak passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 4th 2015, after complications from surgery. She is in the PESH 2002 Yearbook on page 40.
